Also, Congress is going to open up debate about whether it should have the power to tell states how to handle issues about witholding food and water, as a means of life support. When someone is incapacitated and at the point where they only need that, you have to decide if you want to die like Terri did. Or you could move to Belgium where they’ll give you a lethal inject.
