    Beth sent me, and I’m impressed by your resume (also known as “about me.”) Could Magee’s poem been the inspiration for Heinlein’s Green Hills of Earth?

    Thanks for coming by, as far as “Green Hills of Earth” I have never read it. “High flight “ was writing during WWII and the pilot died shortly after the writing. “Green Hills of Earth” was shortly after the war so the time could be right. From the reviews, the they doesn’t seem on the same topic from the reviews. And because the reviews seem mixed I will have to order it and see.
