Here are my notes on the KFYI birthday bash in Phoenix AZ 2 June 2005. This was Thursday Night and I worked all day and night on Friday so I am late getting this up. It was fully taking notes during the show/party. I did not get back stage passes even though I am a Citizen Journalists.
Maybe I will have to file a complaint with KFYI. I should have been allowed to interview the crew and Sean Hannity and Matt Drudge.

So with out any more BS here are my notes.

KFYI ’s 20th Birthday Blowout

Guests: Sean Hannity, Matt Drudge, Tony Snow, Bill Handel
Phoenix Dodge Theater

Before the show:

• Mix of people is pretty wide.
• Row 1 Right side, Seat 7 & 8 is a 19 year old kids, they can not keep there hands off each other. Good looking couple.
• Row 1 Left is a BIG guy talking about the $100 chairs and they are small folding chairs.
• General Observations are:
• Many people are so over weight that they are taking lots of room.
• There are very few Minorities in this crowd
• Conservative women are HOT while some are not.

Music playing is early 80’s (kinda like what was new when the station opened).

• Phoenix is 5th largest City in nation, Print news has a 4 day waiting period.

Matt Drudge: the 2008 election is very scary because there is no one to run against Hillary.

Matt Drudge - Blame Sean Hannity for Hillary Clinton, he interviews her, Sean in NY could not stop her back in 2000. How are we going to stop the swell of stupid Hillary supporters now? It would not be an issue if Sean could have stopped her back then.

Kim Commando talks about regulating the internet.

The lawyer Bill Handel thinks we should put government control on the internet. and block the internet at our boarders. I think he says this because he just does not understand the what the internet is. Once again this is fine in theory, I want to protect the kids.

Kim Commando mentioned this site of chat room logs with very sick and demented people. http://www.perverted-justice.com/. The internet is not safe for Kids. I work with technology and there is no way to regulate the content unless you break the internet. Period. You would have to make it US only and have no links to the outside to be able to control it. I also and think that parents need to be held responsible for there kids. Even the bad parents need to be held responsible. You can not block the bad in trying to protect the kids. These guys are sick and need to go to jail for a long time but it is the parents responsibility watch there kids when they are using something that can be dangerous and bad for them.

Sean Hannity came back out and did part of his “Sean Hannity barnstorming freakshow of political pornography”.

News Flash: Alan Colmes might leave Hannity and Colmes. He is being considered for several positions like 60 minutes II and SeeBS Anchor position.

Sean Hannity when a group of guys kept screaming out during Sean’s talk.

After the show I tried to get into the VIP area, I don’t know why they didn’t think I was a VIP. But I did talk to Sean Hannity for a couple seconds. I asked him why he doesn’t write a bolg. He didn’t answer that at all. He did talk about Hugh Hewitt and Michelle Malkin . Some of these personalities are starting to miss the blogosphere bus. He was very nice and pretty cool for a pretty boy.
