THE CARNIVAL OF THE CLUELESS

Rick of Right Wing Nut House is starting a link fest Carnival of the Clueless.

Now this ought to be fun.

Rick wants all post of the public figures that make really stupid comments or acts.

Each week, I’ll be calling for posts that highlight the total stupidity of a public figure or organization – either left or right – that demonstrates that special kind of cluelessness that only someone’s mother could defend…and maybe not even their mothers!

While he said he will post them all he didn’t say he would be nice so tread lightly if you have think skin.

THE DEADLINE TO ENTER THIS WEEK’S CARNIVAL WILL BE MONDAY, AT 10:00 PM EDT. Please send only recent posts – something that’s fairly topical – perhaps no more than 2 weeks old

At least this is a good one that will entertain everyone or make someone want to crawl under a bed to hide the fact that they supported them.

Mr. McCoulda been

I had an email with conversation with Raven about what we are doing these days and what we should be doing. So I thought I would post a little about what I think we are doing with “Blogs for McCain’s Opponent” over at DC’s and here at “The Wide Awakes”. We are all a group of like (not exactly) minded people on certain aspects of politics. This is a group that loves America and what it stands for. We believe in what we are doing as a country. We believe in the direction we are moving. We know that we are not perfect and that there are some bad eggs in America that create problems for us all.

We believe that people need to be responsible for themselves. We believe that people are generally good but we know that some people are also bad. We believe we need to fight the bad and take measures to protect our way of life. We believe that we need to get involved because that is the only way for us to make a difference. This being a Political group we need to start looking forward to the next leader.

I think people that lean towards the conservative/Libertarian side of the fence need to focus on double ought six (2006) and double ought eight (2008). That is we need to find people that are capable of being leaders of the Republican party that we can support in the next elections (we all know we can not trust Mr. McCoulda).

And NO Mr. McCain does not have my support. He does not stand up for the things I think he should.
Who else is out there? Lets start getting involved. and get their names out.

Deeds

We live in deeds, not years: In thoughts not breaths; In feelings, not in figures on a dial. We should count time by heart throbs. He most lives Who thinks most, feels the noblest, acts the best.
