So you want to reduce discrimination in your organization

Follow the Marines.

The downward trend is reflective of the commitment that Marine leaders have in executing the commandant’s guidance of ‘affording the individual Marine the opportunity to be successful by creating an environment that fosters trust, unit cohesion, and victory on the field of battle,’” said Col. Anselm Dyer, head of the Manpower Equal Opportunity Branch, Manpower and Reserve Affairs.

When you look at a goal you have to tie it to the overall picture and goals. Not just the one item. Did you notice how easy it is to add ‘and victory on the field of battle’ to the task specific goals?

Are the people in Prescott stupid enough to elect this man?

“Why Prescott Needs This Felon!” read the headline on a newspaper advertisement run by Mechanic’s campaign.

Yep, one of the more stupid leftists is running for office. He has a good campaign manager because he is being truthful about his past. at least some of it. He went to jail after living as ‘Gary Tredway” a lie for 28 years. he was caught when running for public office under the lie was revealed.

“I know it was difficult,” said Phillip Koch, a friend and college roommate, who helped fight for Mechanic’s release from prison. “Those were very different times. It’s hard to describe how it was.”

He and his like keep making this same excuse. and American left keeps lowering the level of integrity. They believe it. I don’t!
Then in another twist of the left, prison dating….Now this is quality.

Grossman, who met Mechanic in 1994 after answering a personal ad in an alternative newspaper, remembers seeing him sitting behind the glass in his brown jumpsuit for the first time and thinking how relaxed he looked in prison. He had never seemed particularly uptight before, but she recalls telling him, “Your face looks freer than I’ve ever seen it.”

Bubba did what?

President Clinton pardoned him on Jan. 20, 2001. Mechanic walked away from prison later that night.

This is just the kind of crap you would expect from Bubba.

Anti-war Protest leaves Crawford

Sheehan, whose son was killed in Iraq, had hoped Bush would meet with her but now says she’s glad he didn’t because his absence “galvanized the peace movement.”

This poor poor woman knows not a single thing. What a disgrace. I really do pitty her.

Her vigil attracted other anti-war demonstrators to Texas, along with Bush supporters who accused Sheehan of using her son’s death to push the agenda of her liberal backers.

Hey News 5 (ABC) actualy said President Bush has supporters. That is a first.
