Take Back the Corner III (Thank you for your service)

Saturday Morning Protest Warrior was on the corner at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base again for the second Take Back the Corner II (I missed last weekend). The group had grown to 10 people showing support for the troops AND their mission.
Dennis is the Southern Arizona Leader for Protest Warrior and did an outstanding job setting this up.

Scott from Speed of Thought has this weeks report up already.

Billy Budd from American Dinosaur has more pictures as well.

I was amazed by the people taking a second look to see if if we were for or against, when they figured out what we were doing the smiles and thumbs came out big time.

I figured out I need a new camera because I had a lot more pictures that just didn’t come out. the people coming by were really great as most had thumbs up and were honking their horns.

This is a great way to say thank you to the troops that are sacrificing for our benefit.
To all the troops in all the locations around the world. Thank you for your service.

    Take Back the Corner 2

On a beautiful sunny day here in Tucson we gathered for Take Back the Corner 2. In front of the main gate of Davis-Monthan AFB our small but enthuisiastic group showed it support for our Troops. The show of appreciation…

    Mike,

Thanks for countering the moonbats. Heck, they were a problem there back in the early 1980s. Back then, it was the Ground Launch Cruise Missiles that Reagan (that warmonger!) had placed there. Imagine, weapons on an AF base! How DARE he?!

God, how did we let these nuts get so powerful?

[...] Take back the Corner… More at Flightpundit and American Dinosaur. Pictures: It’s nice to see some peaceful and patriotic protesting. Last week I nearly rear ended someone when an anti-Military protest fled into the street. The protest was held outside my local recruitment office.
