I am trying the latest Ecto blogging tool.
Some people say Ecto is pretty good
ecto for Windows has been updated to work with MSN Spaces.
how about some bold and italized
What else do I want to do?
Update: So the track back is not working. I have to figure out the WYSIWYG thing because the return does not publish automatically.

nope, there is no functionality to do that. lets see where did that go?

I am not sure whether you are referring to ecto or MSN Spaces about bold and italics. I have no problem posting text with bold or italics from within ecto to MSN Spaces. See http://spaces.msn.com/members/ectowintest/Blog/cns!1pYVwvr001JjqnVUlGxXU0mQ!106.entry
Image upload is not allowed for MSN Spaces so ecto can’t do that either.
I’ll look into the linebreak issue. Sounds like a bug on MSN Spaces side ignoring the linebreaks.

Alex,
This was my first post with Ecto so I was trying to make sure it added the tags correctly.
This release was supposed to have WYSIWYG on some level and had to test. I am posting to WordPress here, MT somewhere else and blogger also and was testing the formatting in each. Looks like the tags for CR “” are not added automatically which is OK as long as I know.
I had to add the HTML for paragraphs, and need to do that for “
