I used to run into a few of the clients described in the list of 11, but I found a way to get around them: I now seldom deal with anyone who isn’t a department head(rather than a business owner or P & L concerned senior executive) who’s actually worked in my field for most of his/her career — let him/her wrangle with the bean counters and then agree to terms. I find that this keeps me in the company of people for whom blunt honesty is a keystone of staying employed.

Lists of 11…we have one for patients, for different types of doctors, nurses, ect. All in all each “type” has very similar traits LOL.
