But the leftist in Arizona think that if you hire someone to move you across the American Border you are not a criminal. While the person moving you is a criminal. This is because they think we should give over America to everyone in the world other than Americans. The good news is that some judges in Arizona don’t believe this is the case. They think that if you hire someone to commit a crime you are also guilty of that crime. They upheld the law as it should be…
A judge on Friday upheld an Arizona law that made immigrant smuggling a state crime, rejecting arguments that it was never intended to target immigrants _ only the human traffickers they hire.
But the leftist America hating Mexico loving socialist, corrupt pile of haggis think it doesn’t mean the Mexican criminals.
Defense lawyers and the law’s author said it was intended to apply only to smugglers. Defense attorneys also called it an unconstitutional attempt by the state to regulate immigration, which they contend is under the exclusive control of the federal government.
Thank god for some correct understanding of American Law.

I can’t even believe we have this argument. Of course it’s illegal- to be a smuggler AND to be crossing the borders. What a bunch of bullshit.
And states are taking this into their own hands because the feds are not.
We’ve been screwed over Michael- by the feds. They have blatantly ignored us. The House will do the same as the Senate…to hell with Americans, but everything else to the Mexicans.
We need Tom Tancredo to put them all in their snotty ass places. Oh well. It isn’t going to happen.

Here we have a criminal committing multiple crimes, and because his is a cross-border case, our laws don’t apply to him, yet…
When we catch an illegal and try to deport him, he’s suddenly entitled to every right and protection under U.S. law.
