Last July, my cousin-in-law died of breast cancer metastasized to the brain. Had she been getting regular mammograms, she’d have been diagnosed much sooner.

Ladies must not skip the boob-masher! I get my annual masher this month.

Breast cancer can be beat. The secret is to find it early. The survival rate is almost 99% when found early by a boob mashing…tumors the size of this period .
    can be seen.

The boobie thon is cute and all, but I wouldn’t donate one penny to the groups who sponsor it because very little of the actual money goes towards research or much else. It’s a big PINK RIBBON money making fraudulent scam LOL. Really. People should make sure the donations they make go towards research, funding for mammograms and drugs and other treatments. And education! THAT saves more lives (boobies) than all else combined. The best group to give your hard earned money to is the National Institutes of Health, Breast Cancer Division. Steer clear of the Susan G Komen, AVON and other “campaigns” of PINK RIBBON bulloney.

Most of the boobie thon type sponsors donate about 5 % of their fundraising money to anything related to breast cancer…the rest goes to marketing, promotion of the ribbon stuff. It’s a big money making event that started yrs ago when someone decided October was Breast Cancer Awareness Month…Avon chimed in with the first pink ribbon theme and it’s grown ever since. While awareness is awesome, education about this horrible disease is the best way to prevent it.

And don’t forget the Komen group gives money to support abortion groups, too.

I was going to get into that Ogre…but decided my rant would be best placed in a post about all this stuff.

I will do that next week probably…ALL these pink ribbon groups support abortion, euthanasia, feminism (extreme)…
