    Repeat after me…

    “I (state your name) will NOT become an addict of (insert various addictions to modern ‘conveniences’ here). If I am unable to get online, check my email, watch TV, talk on my cell phone, etc. etc. at any time for a ny length of time, it will not bother me. I do not need these things to survive. I do need, clean, fresh air, water, food and rest. When I am constantly jacked in, I am unable to live my life. From now on, I will go outside more. I will play more games with people in person. I will go camping more often and spend more time with people who matter to me. I will not become an addict to the electronic world!”

    Now print this out. FIll in your name and things you may be addicted to. SIgn the form and send it to me. I will make sure you do not become and addict. :-)
