Carter is still a dumb ass
the worst jackass ever to hold the office of president ever is trying to change his legacy.
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Former President Carter says President Bush’s administration is “the worst in history” in international relations, taking aim at the White House’s policy of pre-emptive war and its Middle East diplomacy.
The criticism from Carter, which a biographer says is unprecedented for the 39th president, also took aim at Bush’s environmental policies and the administration’s “quite disturbing” faith-based initiative funding.
But it will take a lot worse to match what this jack ass did.

I forgot that Billy Beer and his brother made such great international relations that he wouldn’t allow us to rescue the hostages in Iran, the ones he tries to appease every day.

“I think it’s sad that President Carter’s reckless personal criticism is out there,” Fratto told reporters. “I think it’s unfortunate. And I think he is proving to be increasingly irrelevant with these kinds of comments.”

Now he has saggy balls to even make such a statement.
If he wants to talk about the worst presidents, he should look in his mirror and talk to himself.
