Republican Party pledge
Last year the Republican Issues Campaign called and begged for a pledge for money to support the causes they feel are important. I committed to pledge some money back then. This was when the Congress and House approved and the President signed the law to build the boarder fence on the southern border.
Well I told them that as soon as the fence gets started I will make the contribution.
Last week I got this.
Dear Mr. ****,
We are reviewing the records from our telephone campaign for the years 2001-2007.
According to our records, you pledged on the telephone to make a contribution of $20 to the Republican Issues Campaign. However, our records show your contribution was not received.
Please take a moment today to honor your pledge. You can do so on-line at www.RepublicanIssues.com.
I urge you to do so TODAY. Commitments were made based on your pledge.
Thank you for your support, and we look forward to hearing from you soon. God bless you.

www.RepublicanIssues.comContributions to the Republican Issues Campaign are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act. That law prohibits federal contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals who are not admitted for permanent residence. All contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
I ask the Republican Party to honor their pledge to defend the American Constitution and the promises to build the fence…once that happens I will make a donation worth wile…until then NOT ONE DIME!
