Time to move to Montana

This is a great way to get poke the liberal communists that want a nanny state right in the eye.

HELENA - Montana lawmakers are betting the words ?Made in Montana’ might be able to trigger a court showdown with the federal government, while also freeing some gun owners and dealers from background checks and licensing requirements.
Under a proposed law before the Legislature, firearms, weapons components and ammunition made in Montana and kept in Montana would be exempt from federal regulation, potentially releasing some Montanans from national gun registration and licensing laws. The legislation could also free gun purchasers in the state from background checks.

And the stupid fucking Union director doesn’t like this one stinking bit… Well fuck Jim Smith. this is a states rights item and doesn’t cross the state line so why would the federal nanny’s  have any jurisdiction?

“I think the local elected officials I work for would certainly like to hear from the federal agency with responsibility in this area,” said Jim Smith, director of the Montana Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has not offered a position on the bill and did not return calls for comment.

Liberals hate the use of self defense

We knew Obama hated Americans that didn’t rely on the Government.

"As President Obama indicated during the campaign, there are just a few gun-related changes that we would like to make, and among them would be to reinstitute the ban on the sale of assault weapons," Holder told reporters.

Hope you stocked up for the next several years as the gun grabber Obama also goes after ammunition also.

Catastrophe

Don’t let the facts get in the way of fear mongering.

In the last year, the U.S. economy shed 3.4 million jobs. That’s a grim statistic for sure, but represents just 2.2% of the labor force. From November 1981 to October 1982, 2.4 million jobs were lost — fewer in number than today, but the labor force was smaller. So 1981-82 job losses totaled 2.2% of the labor force, the same as now.

Job losses in the Great Depression were of an entirely different magnitude. In 1930, the economy shed 4.8% of the labor force. In 1931, 6.5%. And then in 1932, another 7.1%. Jobs were being lost at double or triple the rate of 2008-09 or 1981-82.

Who voted for this moron? can we have a do over please?

Remember what fixed the 81-82 downturn; it was cutting taxes and getting government out of the way! NOT spending hundreds of billions to grow government to buy votes and lock in the dependence and entitlements.

Only in the Peoples Communists Republic of Boulder

This is just stupid,

If all goes as planned, at precisely 11:53 a.m., a “flash mob” of student couples of varying sexual orientations suddenly will appear at the UMC fountain square, make out for two minutes — and then disperse.

Gun dealers experiencing shortages of bullets

Anecdotal evidence certainly suggests that the demand for ammunition is continuing to increase, and that is certainly attributable to gun owners’ concerns with the current administration," said Ted Novin, a spokesman for the National Shooting Sports Foundation, a trade association representing 4,700 members.

Ex-Marine

We all know that many of us Marines don’t recognize John ‘Ear Mark’ Murtha as a member of our brotherhood. He lost his right to be called Marine in my book.

Here is just one more item to show his lack of class.

The FBI raided the offices of a defense lobbying firm with close ties to Democratic Rep. John Murtha (Penn.), sources tell ABC News.

The FBI raided the offices of a defense lobbying firm with close ties to Democratic Rep. John Murtha (Penn.), sources tell ABC News.

The FBI searched the Virginia headquarters of the PMA Group in November, according to the sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. PMA was founded by former Murtha aide Paul Magliochetti and specializes in winning earmarked taxpayer funds for its clients.

Good government groups have long criticized Murtha’s cozy relationship with a handful of lobbyists and defense firms, ties that see millions of dollars in government spending go out from Murtha’s office, and hundreds of thousands in campaign donations come in. Murtha has said his earmarking has helped revive his economically depressed district.

PMA is the second company with close ties to Murtha to be raided by federal agents recently. In January, agents from the FBI, the IRS and the Defense Criminal Investigative Service searched the office of Kuchera Industries and Kuchera Defense Systems, as well as the homes of the firms’ founders. The companies reportedly have received over $100 million in earmarks, thanks to Murtha’s efforts.

Projects in Colorado

Stimulus my ass……

My City in Colorado gets 4 projects to create a total of 0 jobs in Colorado. but with a dollar amount of $4,600,000.00.

It will put contractors to work which is OK. But with Taxpayer money. that sucks…

W. 74th Avenue Bridge Replacement. Deficient, nonstandard bridge in need of replacement and also widening for bike and pedestrian access.

This is total pork.

Garrison Street Bridge Replacement. Replaces inadequate bridge for street, waterway, and other public improvements. Project also removes 26 homes from floodway.

Where do you live?  They are going to condemn 26 homes…..

W. 64th Ave. - McIntyre to Church Ditch. Completion of unfinished segment of major arterial expansion from two lanes to four lanes.

This is nota busy street. this is pork that the city should fund if they want to complete the road. or wait for the land developer t do it as is typical.

W. 72nd Ave. and Indiana Street (State HWY 72) Intersection Improvements.

This is a painful corner, this would be NICE to have…not a requirement.

Funny thing is Aurora is as big population as Denver, but they have only 1 port project…

Thanks to Colorado turning blue it gets 201 projects over all…

What does your city/state get? are you blue enough?

Just like the peanut Pres

Why is Obama so fucking weak.

US President Barack Obama’s offer to talk to Iran shows that America’s policy of "domination" has failed, the government spokesman said on Saturday.

"This request means Western ideology has become passive, that capitalist thought and the system of domination have failed," Gholam Hossein Elham was quoted as saying by the Mehr news agency.

How long until Iran becomes aggressive?

I want to puke now…fucking liberals
