Blog sister R’Cat brings to the front burner a soldier in need of encouragement and support. Kevin Downs has been through a lot- all the therapy and treatments and rehab can be overwhelming to the human spirit. It’s very easy for people in these situations to become depressed and THAT effects recovery.
